Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to arrange for an exchange or refund of the items. A receipt for the item will be required for any exchange or refund. Please retain this receipt as proof of purchase to claim product warranties.

• Any exchange or return can be made in person, within 30 days of the date of purchase, at our workshop in Vair sur Loire (44).
• Plein air solution will not cover the shipping costs of any returned item, unless agreed in advance.
• If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped to you, please note that shipping charges will still apply.
• Please note that any modified or transformed item cannot be returned or exchanged.
