Any exchange or return can be made in person, within 30 days of the date of purchase, at our workshop in Vair sur Loire (44).

Plein air solution will not cover the shipping costs of any returned item, unless agreed in advance.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped to you, please note that shipping charges will still apply.
